By downloading, installing, or using the AIPhoneBook application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AIPhoneBook is a contact management application that uses artificial intelligence to help users organize, analyze, and manage their contacts. The App is available on iOS and macOS platforms.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

AIPhoneBook offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms and automatic renewal policies.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to harvest or collect contact information without consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Intellispace Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellispace Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
